The screen shot cleaner is not 100% safe. It is pretty safe but if you do lag there is a slim chance visuals won't clean.
Although there is a PBSS BLOCKER which is 100% safe as it blacks out every SS. I used to use that and that is 100% safe
I think in the years of this AA3 cheat only 1 guy lagged and got a dirty SS. So it is really safe using the PBSS cleaner but if you want 100% you would have to use the included PBSS blocker.

Nothing at all is ever 100% safe.
The AA3 cheat has the option to use the default screenshot cleaner (which returns clean screenshots) or a menu option, screenshot blocker (which returns black screenshots). The screenshot blocker has always been effective, but if you use the screenshot cleaner and play on a laggy server, there may be delay to the server, which there is nothing we can do about.

Well, there are two main differences. One, we have a screenshot cleaner. Two, our AA3 cheat has never been detected since the game was released.

PBSS cleaner makes them clean, meaning it would be a screenshot showing no cheats. PBSS blocker makes them black. Cleaner is default, but blocker is a menu option.
They both come with the cheat.

If you are making it noticeable, your just increasing the risk, the least noticeable you make it look like your hacking, then no you have a very low chance.
