Smac 2.0 for Vista 64 bit

I know a few people here have used this program. How do I change my IP? I have installed the program but a bit lost about what to do next. Any help would be appreciated.

If you got static IP better don't mess with those tools. Simply call your ISP provider and ask to change your IP address. Before you make a call think about what you gonna tell hem cos they will ask you why you want to change it
