ok its this simple just add the webpage well shortcut to your start up folder that should work

No no its like a hack im trying like u know how u open a file and get spamed with webistes
i wanna do it where if someone restarts there computer it will do that.

im sorry but i feel that this type of hack, Malicious or annoying programing/virus cannot be obtained from this site.
