need help with one picture

hey guys I'm gonna have a favor to ask you. i am really bad with graphics pictures etc. Photoshop or gimp or anything like that doesn't help meat all. I've tried many many times and it just doesn't work. And I need one simple operation on one picture. i have just recently gotten a tattoo of a heartagram and now I want to get another one (the symbol that looks like a pentagram mixed with letter M. i can't post it now cause I'm on my phone lol but if you go on google images and type "moonspell symbol" it's gonna be the red symbol on the black background like the third or fourth image. i'm gonna post it when I get home. anyway i need a rough shape of it in black so the tattoo guy can make a sticker from it and then just put ink on it. thx in advance
