The cheat is very, very configurable.

So you can set it up to look legit as you want!
Features like; Aim Key (Configurable), Primary Bone (Configurable), Limit Aim Angle (Configurable),Aim Speed (Configurable)
Means that the cheat doesn't always aim for head, you can have it so the aim doesn't snap to players and will only aim at a certain percent of angle from your cross hair you wish it to aim at.

Even playing without the aimbot and just using no spread and ESP would be amazing for legit play.

Pretty much.
Silent aim allows you to be aiming directly at an enemy without your crosshair/aim-point even moving.
