Need help on an IP ban (tried other tricks, interested in buying unrealbot as well)

Hi all, this is my first post.

Let me begin by saying that I studied information systems and networking/security in college, so I will fully understand all terminology and concepts.

I got myself banned from a respawn server and I need help spoofing my IP address in order to get back on it (I want to use unrealbot specifically on this server). I tried using TMAC and then resetting the router, and also renewing my IP. But the problem is that my public IP is banned, not my private one.

I need to spoof my public IP address, is this possible? I don't understand how some of you were able to circumvent an IP ban simply by changing your private IP address, when due to NAT, the AA server will see your public IP either way.

Any help would be greatly greatly appreciated (and yes I tried googling...you'd think you would find a logical answer but I couldn't).

So sorry for the late reply, so I'm not sure if you will see this. Your post got hung up in the moderation queue.

If you have a dynamic IP, all you have to do to spoof it is reset your modem.
If you have a static IP, you can only do it through calling your ISP and requesting a change (you'd need a good excuse).
