--It cannot be guaranteed that it will be undetected FOREVER. But it has not been detected for at least a year. If it would happen to get detected, which i doubt it will, it only take uNrEaL a few minutes to make it undetected again. So that isn't anything to worry about.

--Yes, there is a 3rd person (behind view) option in the cheat.
