yes it happens everyday but would you want more messed up people driving around??? and plus beer was for only drinking at home. but people abuse the power... and if they legalize pot then crack heads and meth heads would complain... imagine if you 10 year old went to someones house and picked up a crack pipe and smoked it Oo. that could kill them :O!
